Secure Payment

For online orders we can accept payment directly from your PayPal account, or any major credit cards supported by PayPal.  All online payments are processed using PayPal, which protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. If you would like to pay using other methods (eg. Interac, cheque, or money order), please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.


All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted. For online orders, payment must be received in full before shipment.


We collect all applicable sales taxes as required by law (eg. HST), based on your selected destination address.


Blademaster is a Canadian company and currently accepts online orders only to addresses in Canada. Information about ordering from other countries can be found here. Your order will be shipped by Fedex according to the service options you choose. Shipping options and charges are indicated during the checkout process. Charges are determined by Fedex and are based on size and weight. Most orders are processed the same day that they are received, but orders received after 1pm EST may not be processed until the next business day. Shipping time depends on your destination address and the shipping service chosen. If you require rush service, would prefer to use another carrier, or have any other questions about delivery please contact our Customer Service department.


All shipments are F.O.B. our plant in Chatham, Ontario.


All shipments are F.O.B. from our plant. Return authorization numbers must be obtained by Blademaster Customer Service prior to shipment. All products must be shipped freight prepaid, whether within the warranty period or not. Products should be sent to Blademaster or authorized service depot.


Goods are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase providing such goods have not been subject to misapplication, misuse, negligence, or repairs from an unauthorized person. Any equipment proving defective within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge F.O.B. Chatham or authorized service depot.

Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise will not be accepted for credit unless permission for the return has been obtained. Return authorization numbers must be obtained from Blademaster Customer Service prior to shipment. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% handling and repackaging charge. Price paid or current price, whichever is lower will be the basis for credit. All returns, including equipment sent to the factory for repairs, must have transportation prepaid. Unauthorized returns at shippers own risk.
