Loose wheel nut

Solution - Ensure nut is tight using the TSM390 Wheel Wrench and the TSM395 Tommy Bar.

Bad dress on wheel

Solution - Redress the wheel ensuring rotation of diamond and that diamond contacts full thickness of wheel.

Bad/worn diamond

Solution - Replace diamond if needed (TSM687 or TSM688) and redress the wheel.

Steel impregnated on wheel

Solution 1 - Redress wheel.

Solution 2 - Try different type of wheel (suggestion: 8VBP or 8GC).

Skate Holder Misaligned

Make sure Skate Holder Clamp isn't too loose or too tight (2-finger rule).

Solution 1 - Replace Glide Pad on Bottom of Holder (SH60656, UG2006).

Solution 2 - Bring holder back to factory default using machinist square.

Imbalanced Wheel

Solution - Put on new wheel that is not from the same box as the one that was experiencing vibration and dress it.

Bearings going

Solution - Send to Blademaster for Diagnostic & Repair.

Vibration on tabletop (portables)

Solution - Place portable on sturdy desk/bench to eliminate vibration.
