• Our rolls are precision CNC machined and plated with natural diamond so that the shape of the roll never changes. You get a consistent dress every time.
• Largest diameter dressing roll on the market. A larger roll takes longer to reach the speed of the grinding wheel which prevents stone crushing.
• A larger roll means more diamonds which gives you more dresses per roll. This equates to extended roll life and reduced dressing cost.
• The BFR Form Dressing Rolls typically have a lifespan of 20 grinding wheels. You can tell when it’s time to change the Form Dressing Wheel when it starts to look dull in the center of the wheel and you can’t see the abrasive reflecting throughout the dressing wheel.
